Product: hp envy touchsmart 15 m6 k125d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The netflix app from the windows 10 store won't play any audio. If I plug in headphones there is no sound; when the headphone are unplugged a high pitch screech is the only audio that plays.

 

There is audio from other applications. The Netflix app does not appear in the volume mixer. I checked my drivers for an update.

 

How can I fix this?
