NetworkController (Code 28) + Intel(R)WirelessBluetooth (code10)?
unable to use WIFI

 

Bluetooth : Intel(R)WirelessBluetooth :

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

 

Other devices : NetworkController 

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.


Solution (not working) :
Any kind of reboot ( hard , smooth)
Update Driver and bluetooth 
Uninstall and re-install driver and bluetooth
