elitebook 745G6 & HP 27" monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I bought a new HP 27" monitor a couple of weeks ago to use with my HP elitebook.  The elitebook is less than 1 year old and have had no issues with it.  On three occassions (twice today), the monitor goes black.  Not sure of exact message on screen but something about going to sleep.  I've opened my laptop and the screen is also black and then the laptop shuts down and I need to press the power button to restart it.  The laptop is always connected to power.  I have previously checked my Display settings and it is set to never go to sleep when plugged and to go to sleep after 10/15 mins if on battery.  Given it's not on battery, there's no reason for it to close down.  This has never happened before so am convinced the monitor is causing this.  Is there anyway to fix this as it is happening when I am in meetings?
