Product: HP Notebook 15T-DW300

so a brand new laptop and the arabic keyboard character's getting wiped off within 1 week of use!! the arabic chars can be wiped of with finger tips, so basically seems the English is laser printed but the arabic is just ink stamped that is just get wiped as dry ink mark without even shows it had ever the arabic prints!
