HP Recommended
Product: HP compaq elite 3400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My old mouse and keyboard broke. I got new ones but they connected but wouldnt work on windows 10. However they do work in Screens like BIOS. I tried another keyboard which i had previously used on my pc and that worked but i have no mouse that ive used before on my computer. I have tried resetting my PC but it said that failed. It also wont let me update the windows, it just says update failed.

How do i fix this
