I bought a brand new Chromebook yesterday, and it keeps disconnecting from the WiFi. There is no problem with the router or any other devices. I'm pretty tech savvy and have tried various fixes, but every 30 seconds or so it keeps disconnecting for a few seconds and reconnecting. Is it possible the brand new laptop is faulty? What can I do?
Furthermore, when I typed the serial number in to register for this forum, it said my warranty had started in March? Does this mean someone else had the laptop before me? I bought it brand new from AO.com.
