HP Recommended
Elitebook 6930p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My old power adapter shorted and I have bought 4 power adapters over the last 2 weeks that will not charge my laptop while it’s turned on.

the original adapter’s output is 19 v 4.74 A 90 W MAX

The new ones:

18.5 v = 3.5 A  65 W

19V-4.74A
19 V 4.74 A 90 W MAX

Yet none of them charge the laptop when it’s on and all 3 charge it when it’s off or in sleep mode.  Please help me.
