I accidentally deleted CISCO ... something... I can't remember what it was, from my applications. After that application was removed from the laptop wifi was unobtainable. It shows all the available networks, but when I try to connect to mine it says "cannot connect to this network". I know it's not an issue with my wifi because my google chrome book has been connected this entire time. I tested Hotspot and that worked perfectly fine. My laptop had no problem connecting to my Verizon Wireless hotspot. It's just the wifi connection it can't do. I have tried everything. Rebooting the network. Looking into CISCO's website, multiple online forums. Nothing I've tried has resolved the issue. I have no idea how to fix it and support is no help, neither is the troubleshooting option through the laptop itself. Does anyone know how to fix this?
