Non avaible hardware accereleration on Nvidia P1000 Graphic Card, Noisy fan

While I'm working in Acad Civil 2020, the graphic card hardware acceleration option is unavailable, ie it cannot be turned on. On the other hand, when the computer starts, the cooler (fan) starts working intensively at the same time, regardless of the fact that no application is on function!
