HP Recommended

Hello, a few days back, when I tried to connect to the internet, and clicked on the wi-fi button, it did not show any available networks. I've been facing this problem for about over a week now; I've tried restarting the computer, but that didn't seem to work either.  I tried using the troubleshooter, but it showed, "You're not connected to the internet". I tried clicking on "Show available networks", but that didn't help either. Also, I noticed that in the "Network and Internet Settings", the Wi-Fi option had disappeared.  I tried manually changing the network settings and creating a restore point in Windows. I restarted my device after inserting a few commands into the command prompt, but that didn't work either...
