Product: Ryzen5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I have purchased new HP RYZEN5 14S LAPTOP on since March 24, Now its not charging, when i press the power button while charging, the LED bulb only blinking but not charging also changed the adopter and charger too, it's shows same, the power LED only blinking few seconds and not charging. 

Give me some solution for the above. 

During the lockdown I couldn't connect any service centre
