Notebook HP 15-bs017nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I own a HP Notebook 15-bs017nl. Last spring the Radeon AMD 530 video card stopped "existing", I tried several procedures but I could not manage to get it back in the "device manager" or wherever else. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and AMD dedicated software, but it seems like the video card is "not there" any more. I downloaded new drivers from the HP page ( https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-bs000-laptop-pc/15551412/model/18162472 - this is in Italian, sorry): the AMD driver was not listed in the suggested drivers when my notebook was analyzed, but I dowloaded it manually. I also used (as suggested in a Microsoft forum) the "Display Drive Uninstaller" software in safe mode to uninstall previous driver before installing that one, but the procedure wasn't successful.

What happens is the "blue screen" with code "PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA" and error element "ATIKMDAG.SYS" or "AMDKMDAG.SYS".

I can coexist with this issue, since I do not really need the video card. However, I am now not able to update windows 10 to v. 2004. When I try to update it, the update crashes showing the "blue screen" and the same code and elements, which belong to the AMD video card issue.

I'd really like to fix the issue, but I really don't know what to try next.

Pardon me if I didn't translate properly some of the terms, and thank you in advance for your help.
