Elitebook x360 1030 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

i am facing huge hardware issues with my laptop in the past 2 months.

i have an HP Elitebook x360 1030 G4 - still under a warranty.

it all started 2 months ago when i noticed an ugly blue mark on my screen (when it's bright).

i took it to the locale service provider and they replaced my screen.

it continued 1month later when a USB C port stopped working suddenly, i took it once again and they replaced the motherboard for me.

a few hours later, upon finishing the installation of all of my data and programs, the computer suddenly shut down immediately when I moved it a bit.

since then, every time I touched it it would turn off again.

today I took it to the service provider for the 3rd time in the last 2 months and asked them to solve it for me once again. additionally, i asked them to contact HP and ask for a product replacement.

is there anything additional i can do in order to promote the replacement?

i am really bothered by those issues and can't work properly because of that.

thank you very much in advance.
