HP NOTEBOOK LAPTOP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook was left on the floor and a floor lamp's base hit the left side, close to middle of the bottom plastic panel and the bigger hole is on the bottom and just where that fold in the plastic curves up to just before the USB ports on the left side there is damage too but the size of actual missing plastic is not as big as the bottom but the plastic is broken and bent along that side for about the length of 1.5 - 2 inches.

I guess I can post photo if needed but I'll wait for a response but I was really just wondering if the that bottom panel plastic is something I could find online and just replace it myself or should I look into a warranty extension plan that would cover that replacement by HP?

Thanks for any ideas or opinions, I tried to chat with the bot working with HP but I'm sure you can imagine how that went...lol
