HP Recommended
Product: Hp 2000 notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
Once my computer starts it does not let me click on anything on the toolbar at the bottom . The computer will blink and it will try to let me open something up and then it still doesn’t . After it blinks all of the shortcuts disappear . What can i do
