Hi, ive had this laptop since 2017. My mom Didn’t use it when she first bought it so it sat under her desk for about 3-4 years , I finally started to use it and about almost a year later of using it, it won’t charge or turn on. I know when i first used it , it got hot and died really fast! It’s not my laptop so when my mom finds out im a trouble! HELP please i tried all the YouTube tutorials and they won’t work and i know the charger is good. I don’t know why it wouldn’t work because it sat around on the table so i know its not the screen broken
