Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this problem for a while now; my laptop is pretty old - having purchased it three years ago - and now the number keys, the left alt key, and the left and down arrow keys are not working. I'm not as concerned about the arrow and alt keys, but I need the number keys and I don't understand why they are not responding. The 5 and 6 keys do work, but I can't use the others. I have done various diagnostics tests, and there are no software or hardware problems detected by them. The chatbot has also not helped. 

 

Would it be possible for me to fix this issue at home?
