Product: HP ProBook 6460b Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

SIR, I RERCENTLY UPGRADED TO WINDOWS 10, SINCE IT WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS10, I CONTACTED MICROSOFT SUPPORT ASSISTANCE. THEY WANT OES FILE FROM HP. SO KINDLY I REQUEST U TO SEND THE OES FILE OR PROPER SOLUTION.      THANK U VERY MUCH FOR UR PATIENCE
