This is and OLD issue and I am sorry I am new to these forums and a 3 out of 10 on computer skills for firmware updates. I have a HP 2013 UltraSlim Docking Station and I have same problem folks had back in 2015 but I am finally moving into DUAL monitors and I have the same problem I find on this blog.  The serial monitor port works fine however the Display port is does not recognize my second monitor.  I am running windows 7 enterprise and it works just fine when I am in the office at 3M however I bought a second Docking Station listed above and it does not allow dual monitors.  So I believe it is the FIRMWARE possibly in the HP 2013 UltraSlim Docking station that needs updating.  But I can not FIND a link any longer nor can I find the update on the HP SITE.  Please help..
