Hi.
I have recently purchased, 4th hand, an Omen Accelerator GA1-1000nw. I was assured that previous owners did not have any issues with connecting the eGPU enclosure to their laptops. Unfortunately it seems to not be the case in my hardware combination.

1.  The Omen enclosure bootloops when connected on it's own. Plugging in the travel PSU included with laptop solves the issue, but only when both are connected to each of the laptops Thunderbolt ports.

2.  When connecting the Thunderbolt interface with an external mouse plugged into the enclosures I/O the TrackPad sometimes gets blocked/disabled. I think that it's a desired effect, but works only from time to time. Most often it doesn't get disabled and after a few minutes the laptop stops responding to external mouses input, with the mouse still being powered.

I don't think that buying more crazy expensive T3 cables is a good idea, especially when the cable doesn't show any use damage.

Both the enclosure and laptop have latest firmware/bios flashed.

I've tried clean OS reinstallation with full set of drivers from HP Support Assistant software and Omen setup exactly like indicated in this guide: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05573720

My current GPU is a GTX 650 Ti BOOST, but it shouldn't be taken as a culprit, because the same thing happens without a GPU.
