Product: Omen ax250wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 1 of my fans work normally, while the other one is usually at 200 rpm, the 200 rpm fan also goes lower and gets stuck at 100 rpm while under load. The other thread I have seen on it failed to give any working solution.
