Product: HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My PC only charges now when the laptop is fully shut off. 

If it is on, it will not charge, or recognize the charger.

There was a dent by the charger made a year ago and has not been affected ever and this week it doesn't charge. 

I need it to charge while I am on it as I am a college student.
