HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl131ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Community,

I am using HP Spectre x360 - 15 inch, i am connecting it to my TV Samsung GQ55Q80R via HDMI. When i change my TV's input source to my HDMI port and connect the HDMI cable, the image is loaded on my TV display for 1 second, then my TV automatically switched to "detecting device" window, the problem is that it fails detecting my PC and it shows the device as unknown. I tried updating my graphics card driver but it did not solve my problem.

Please note two things.

1- I have a second laptop HP ZBook 17 G3 that is connected to a second HDMI port and is working normally, and my TV is detecting it as a PC

2- I have tried to contact Samsung support, and they could not figure out why one laptop works and the other does not, they have have assumed that this issue is caused by a problem in the Laptop.

Your help is much appreciated. Thanks

Mohamed Hicham
