HP Recommended
Product: Folio 13-2000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

PC is not working unless plugged in to charge. Have ran the diagnostic test and the battery test is cancelled almost as soon as it starts..

Have had a fresh battery installed but the issue hasn't been fixed

Help...
