Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am turning my laptop into a desktop and I want more PCIe x4 slots, so I can have m.2 and Bluetooth. When I searched up for PCIe splitters there was no x4, but only x1. Can someone please help me find theese?
