Good morning, I am residing in Spain with a machine purchased in the US.

My screen BROKEN at one end and the touch doesn't work.

The HP suppliers in Madrid and Barcelona DO NOT HAVE THE SPARE PART.

I want to know WHAT IS DONE IN THIS SITUATION. This is the part number. I appreciate you tell me how to get it
