Hi . I am writing down the series of events as it happened so it will be easier to understand the ineptitude I have faced at the hands of hp right from the beginning .

It all started with me trying to get my battery replaced by HP. It took hp more than a month to send me a quotation. After I received the quotation I made the payment for the same then and there without any delay. After ten days I was notified by Hp authorised service centre in Patna(Tvs electronics LTD ) that the battery has arrived and they asked me when can they send a technician to my residence to replace the battery .The technician arrived the next day. In the process of opening the back panel of the laptop he dented it. He told me one of the screw has manufacturing defect and the only way he can open it now is by breaking it. I declined to this and complained about the same to HP on Twitter and via email. After this I stayed in touch with Hp for next one and half months to take action against  the incompetence of work by hp’s authorised technician .After almost one and half months I was informed that the dented parts have been ordered and hp will further update me when tvs electronics LTD patna( Hp authorised service Center in patna )receives the ordered parts and I can get them replaced. This again took almost a month . On 17th Oct 2021 I was informed by Mr Ambresh from tvs electronics Ltd patna that the part has arrived and I can send my laptop so they can do the needful. I told them I need to take a backup of my data and hand over the laptop to them. Since the time the technician came and dented the laptop I didn’t use it even once. When I tried to turn it on by connecting it to a power cable it wasn’t charging. This had never happened before until the time the technician came to replace the battery and dented it from behind . I tried the second usb c port and it started charging . I took back up. Handed over the laptop at the service centre and told them about the first usb type c port not charging. They told me they will check and tell me the next day .They called me the next day saying none of the port is taking charge. Now they are telling me they need to change the motherboard and I will have to pay for it . My laptop was absolutely fine other than the fact it needed battery replacement .All these issues arose when the incompetent technician came from tvs electronics and literally ruined my perfectly working laptop . It all began with me wanting to replace my battery and I ended up with a ruined laptop. I request Hp to please look into this matter and sort this out . I paid 1.7 lakhs for this laptop. I am exhausted running here and there for this laptop. I would want Hp to take this matter in their own  hand. I don’t expect the highly Incompetent tvs electronics Ltd patna to do anything right.
Please help me out with this
