HP Recommended
Product: Pavilion X2 Detachable
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've recently purchased an X2 pavilion but it's in a loop of booting, going to a Windows install screen on 64% then rebooting. It won't let me boot via usb even with secureboot off. Tried fn +f11 and I get the error "A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed with error"

What do you guys recommend? Is it broken beyond economical repair? I only bought it cheap to sell on.
