Product: Pavilion 15ab262nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a brand new notebook.  For the first week or so I had no problems with the external Dell monitor being recognized.  Now the HP won't recognize the display.  I have tried it with my old laptop and everything works fine.  I had an issue last week with the speakers (on the laptop) not playing music.  I'm beginning to wish I'd never bought this.  Lots of aggravation for a lot of money.  😞 

 

Has anyone else had a problem with the monitor suddenly not recognized?  Thanks for any help.
