Product: Pentium Gold,15.6 HD
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

My uncle just bought labtop pentium Gold for me,I can't use it unless is plug in power,the battery is showing that the battery is on plugin mode is been 22percent  and it doesn't increase and I don't know what is wrong
