Product: HP 2013 Dock
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Audio out from UltraSlim docking station is very poor definition with no bass.

Elitebook with Win10.

 

Full frequency, high definition sound from headphone socket on laptop but not from docking station headphone socket

Have tried Realtec and Conexant audi drivers to no avail.

 

Unable to determine what firmware I have on the dock and no idea whether an upgrade will have an effect.

 

Historically, this worked fine and then suddenly stopped one day.  Windows updates all applied.

 

Any suggestions would be welcomed!
