Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got an EliteBook 850 last week, and right from the start I noticed odd behavior related to the power button, which happens from time to time. It is as if the computer does not react to presses of the button, and won't boot / wake up (when it is suspended). The odd thing is that it usually starts working again after a number of tries (could be anywhere from 3 - 50 presses of the power button). Holding the button down does not make any difference, nor does connecting / disconnecting the charger (charging light is lit at all times if charger is connected).

I have seen the troubleshoot guide on https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04718479, could it be related to that issue, even if it usually boots after a number of attempts? Anyone recognize this problem?
