I just made a new post regarding the lack or absense of modern day drivers for my audio hardware and drivers and now I am posting a new thread about  my issues with this darn laptop and HP support assistant version 8's lack of capabilities to provide the end user with an updated ATI radeon HD mobility  display driver or an updated Intel switchable graphics card driver.

I have alraedy had or have open tech support tickets with  two of the pre-installed non-hp branded software manufaturers  and have scowered the other sites like AMD, Intel and IDT is gone so you know.  I have provided both Cyberlink and corel with a DXDIAG, FULL SCREEN images of the errors and Crash dump files and I can easily duplicate these crashes.

They  tell me that my drivers are all out of date so they cant help me.  Can't afford a new laptop just want the one I bought to offer some current drivers since they are so system specific on these notebooks and laptops and all.  Yes my laptop is out of warranty but I amnot asking for a repair job I just need the tools.  I have the Intel HD graphics from 2010 as well as the ATI radeon HD mobility video card both need some help

Any advice or help anyone can offer would be appreciated with the exceptions listed here:  "you need a new computer or upgrade your windows software to 10 or the one all the 3rd party vendors for HP use  upgrade to a latest version of our  software it will change your life!  lol  Help!

Thank you,
