Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a small number of these laptops that were recently upgraded to Windows 10. The sound driver works but for some unknown reason when connecting a Bluetooth audio device or changing the audio settings the laptop speakers dissappear from the available options in playback devices as does the mic in recording devices.

The driver appears to be working and does not have any event's logged when it happens. Re-installing the driver gets it working again but it soon dissappears and needs to be done over again.

The audio definitely works and has been tested.

I beleive this is possibly a driver issue since I have the same problem on multiple units.
