HP 255 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I apologize in advance for my English) The following problem arose. I have an HP 255 G5 laptop. I decided to add a second disk to it, SSD instead of an optical drive. Installed a 2.5-inch SSD through an optibay adapter.
I noticed that the SSD does not always start immediately after turning on the laptop. A system that is on an SDD does not always boot immediately. In addition, the speed of SSD is approximately two times lower than expected.
I tried to swap disks - SSD put in place the native HDD, and the HDD set instead of an optical drive. Then the SDD starts working at 100%, but problems with the HDD begin - the read and write speed decreases.
It turns out that any device connected instead of an optical drive does not work correctly.

Who faced such a problem, and does it have a solution!?
Thanks!
