Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I work online teaching classes via the zoom.us app. When I tried to create a virtual backdrop on my laptop using zoom settings, I keep getting an error message that says my laptop can't access that feature. Does anyone have info on how to enable virtual background? One web reference said I had to allow Zoom to access "white" ??? Any help is much appreciated.
