HP ProBook 650 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

we use our HP ProBook 650 G1 notebook most of the time in the compatible HP 2012 90W Docking Station. This has been working fine up to Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

After upgrading to Windows 10 Creators Update (Build 1703) the notebook enters an endless reboot loop when it is used in the docking station.

When used standalone without docking station there seems to be no problem.

I have checked with the HP Support Assistent tool and manually in the Windows Device Manager that all drivers are installed and have current versions.

Also I have upgraded the notebook BIOS to vers. 1.40 as recommended by the HP Support Assistent tool but this also did not remedy the problem.

Any advice is highly appreciated.

Best regards, Hans-Georg
