Good evening, I am contacting you to ask for help regarding a problem regarding the Realtek PCIe Family Controller driver, which is marked with a yellow triangle inside which there is an exclamation point. My computer is a Compaq CQ58-214SL.
Viewing the properties of the aforementioned driver, in the "General" section compares the following message which is unclear to me: "The system firmware of the computer does not contain enough information to configure and use this device properly. To use the device, contact the computer manufacturer for a firmware or BIOS update. (Code 35) ". I have tried disabling power saving Ethernet and downloading the latest driver from the manufacturer's site but the problem still exists.
Currently the connection works via wi-fi, therefore without a LAN cable, I hope you can help me.
