Hello Community,

i have a problem with my caps lock led. The led doesn't work, when caps lock is activated.

But when function-lock is activated the function-lock led and the caps lock led are on. In this state the caps lock led is a little bit brighter, when caps lock is activated. 

I am using linux and i installed windows for testing - same behavior.

I upgraded my bios - nothing has changed.

In bios the led doesn't work. Sometimes it work for a short time.

I also tried a hard reset (not sure if it worked, i hold the power button for a couple of seconds until the computer turns off) 

And I loaded the factory defaults in the bios.

I have no warranty anymore (since 16.11.2020).

 

I there a way to fix this problem ?
