Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have some problems with my usb type-c ports. I have a Spectre x360 ac-000nl with two usb type-c ports thunderbolt. I should use the same ports to connect usb devices or docks (for hdmi, ethernet...) and to charge the battery. The problem is that starting from a few months ago I can only charge the battery and the system doesn't see any kind of device connected through these ports. I have a usb type-A port that runs correctly. Has anybody experienced the same issue? Can anybody help me to solve that? I really need to connect my laptop to an external monitor via hdmi. Thank you in advance!
