Product: Notebook HP ProBook 440 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When paring the Headphones, bluetooth does recognize the device as a generic device, not as Headphones... then there is no new headphones added in the list of available audio devices. if I check I see the device paired but no way to listen to any sound. On the other hand the headphones are connected easily to the iphone. The bluetooth does not download the audio drivers.

how can I fix?
