 Hi everyone,

In practice, from the hp assistant app I started the bios update and after a series of steps I arrived at this screen, but the PC has been standing still in this screen for hours and the fan continues to spin making noise but fortunately without overheating ... How can I unblock this situation? Unfortunately, the assistance is operational from Monday to Friday and I will have to wait 2 days, what do I do for now?

 

P.s. If the image does not open in practice the loading is stopped at 0% and the block at 1/4096
