Some weeks ago I hab first time the problem the HP Sure Run reported an inconsistency of HP Sure Sense which could not be recovered. After reinstalling HP Sure Sense and reboorting everything seemed to be OK again.

 

Some days later the problem poped up again. We reinstalled HP Sure Sense again, but this time we had to uninstall it before.

 

Yesterday we had the same problem again. We uninstalled HP Sure Run. Uninstallation seemed to work correctly, and HP Sure sense did disappear in Windows Apps listing. But now we cannot install it again. Everytime we try Setup aborts unexpectedly with the following eventlog message:

I have no idea how to solve the problem. - Can anybody out there help me?
