This is a message for praveen196.

I sent a massage a few days ago  because my built in camera does not work.

Received a message asking whether I had uninstaled and reinstaled the drivers, I have done that.

You asked too if the camera had worked before and the answer i yes, I used it with zoom in april.

Suddenly, when I tryed to use zoom again, I started receiving a mssage saying that the system did not detect the camera and up to now that is the problem. I read at the community that the camera is not detected by the computer because it has a protection against hackers trying to use the camera through internet to access the computer and that there is aswitch in some computerrs that you press and the problem is solved, but my computer does not have that switch, so that is my problem. I think that the drivers are OK and that there should be a method to tell the computer to reconnect the camera but I do not kow how. Could you help me telling me in this computer how I can reconnect the camera?

Thanks for your interest and I hope to receive an answer.
