Product: Probook 4430s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi There,

 

I have HP Probook 4430s laptop. I recently upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10 as windows 7 is end of life. But after upgrade, my webcam is not working. When i use webcam applications, it shows black screen. The driver is showing "working properly" in Device Manager. I tried updating the driver over the internet and also tried manually but of no use. I searched for probook 4430s drivers on HP website, but it does not show windows 10 in the list. it only shows till windows 8.1.

 

Please help with any alternate solution or workaround to get the webcam fixed. I would highly appreciate your help here.
