Product: Example: Probook 4720s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Probook 4720s won't turn on.When I plug the power Chord in and the battery is Also in, an orange LED starts blinking (right near the power plug on the laptop).The LED only stops when I unplug the power cable.If I disconnect the battery and I plug the power adapter in, the same LED starts blinking after I press the power button, but this time, the LED only blinks 8 times Then it stops.If I press the power button again it starts again, blinks 8 times and stops again.
