Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi.
One of our customers is having a rather strange issue with his mobile broadband connection after upgrading his machine to Windows 10. His internal 4G card from time to time more or less disappears. It will not show up as an option in the network menu and is unresponsive in the network card settings.
He frequently uses power save mode whilst going between meetings and such. Last time we looked at it (we've updated drivers and firmware) the network card "appeared" again after a reboot.
Is there a known issue with mobile broadband network cards an frequent use of power save mode?
