Hello,

Can someone help me with the following problem?

How can I get 4K 60hz working on my Probook 650 G4?

Inside there is a Intel UHD 620:  https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/126789/graphics-drivers/graphics-for-8th-ge...

Connected with a USB-C (HP) cable to the USB-C Dock G4: https://store.hp.com/NetherlandsStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=3FF69AA&opt=ABB&sel=ACC

My Samsung U32J590UQUXEN is connected with a DisplayPort cable to the DisplayPort on the USB-C Dock G4.

3840 x 2160 only 30hz

2560 x 1440 60hz is working fine..

tried making a custom resolution with the intel command center, no luck.

Yes, I checked the cable and monitor, everything is working fine with my normal desktop with a GTX680 and the same DisplayPort cable and monitor.

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Joppe
