When running the shim recovery tool I keep getting a failure on the Write HWID. I have tried ALL the shim files for the G8 model on The shim tool keeps failing on this spot. The serial and product numbers I'm entering are all correct. I am running this after replacing the system board. I thought it might be a bad system board so I ordered another one. This has happened on 2 different Chromebooks with 2 new system boards from self maintainer. Both Chromebooks fail on the Write HWID part of the shim process. I have been using the same shim tool on the same USB device for over a year now and have had no issues up until now. The shim file I've been using for a long time was 20200723. The latest I tried on the hprc site was version 20210406. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
