Product: HP Notebook
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

Hi all,

 

I'm using HP notebook with the following parameters and model:

  • Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
  • BIOS: F.27
  • Processor: AMD A6-6310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 graphics, 4CPUs, ~1.8GHz
  • RAM: 8GB
  • Product Number: P3M50EA#ACB

The issue is that after pressing turn on button of the computer, some info popped up on the screen with black background. I'm writing all the info here as it is(for some reason couldn't take a screenhsot)

 

Product information not valid

The Following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid

 

System Board <00A> - Product Name

System Board <00A> - Product Serial Number

System Board <00A> - Product Number

System Board <00A> - System Board CT Number

 

Enter - Continue Startup

However, by pressing Enter system booting is done properly and I can use as nothing happened. Could you please guide me to the solution or actions that I can take to deal with that issue?
